this restaurant has the aspiration to become a genuine STEAK HOUSE like those you can find in Argentina and all the countries were quality meat is appreciated. We were inspired by the grilling technique of the Parillas in Buenos Aires.

Angus, an insuperable quality of Scottish beef that was naturalized and spread in all the new cattle- breeding areas of the planet. Thereby, in Argentina ,one the of biggest ecological reserves on Earth (covering an area of 2.780.000 sq.m. and population "30.000.000), over 50.000.000 oxen are raised freely. They live and reproduce naturally without hormones or antibiotics in vast pastures free of pesticide. The free forage of the oxen ensures a type of meat that is not technically and rapidly grown and also reduces cholesterol and harmful fat.
The beef enters Europe with the most severe certified control, as premium quality meat (Prime Beef) and with rigorous procedures of protection of the European meat. The meat Offered by ORO TORO is imported in vacuum in order to conserve it in perfect and fresh conditions. Black Angus is also the meat we use as T-BONE; it has the same specifications and arrives fresh from New Zealand.
For all other types of meat we use, we make sure to offer the same quality specifications.
Our care, however, for our ingredients is wider. Hence, we use exceptional virgin olive oil. Our cheese comes from a small model unit in Kefalonia and our endeavor is to provide biological vegetables whenever possible.
